Stay at Home Recipe #2

Yesterday was Akshaya Tritiya, considered one of the most auspicious day and celebrated by making sweets and buying gold in different parts of Maharashtra. People plan to start new projects on this day. Tritiya is third day of Vaishakh month (Second Month of Marathi Calendar). My mother baked a whole wheat cake with her own recipe. She loves to cook without using measuring cups and believe me, her final dish is just perfect. Alongside there was one more sweet Dish Daliya( Broken Wheat) Kheer. After having heavy lunch, it was me who took over the kitchen and decided to make spicy Spaghetti. It was amazing and everyone loved it!
