Stay Home Recipe #1

Today’s experiment: Homemade wheat biscuits. As we are staying home due to COVID-19 I am exploring and making new dishes as I love to cook. This is one of my mothers recipe that I have done today. I grinded the sugar in the mixer and mixed it with melted unsalted butter (Salted butter will be okay if you do not have unsalted butter at home), Whisk the mixture until it becomes smooth, then put the wheat flour (Sieve it), put baking powder and soda and mix it well with around 1/4 of milk ( don’t knead it hard) , Roll the dough and cut it in a biscuit shape, put it in the oven on 150 degree for 35 minutes. However, keep watching the biscuits in between as they should turn the same color as in the picture.

Note: Pre-heat the oven (130 degree) until you prepare for the dough. If you have any questions please write in comments!!!

I made this dish as it is healthy option than the biscuits made with all purpose or white flour. Try it and let me know how it turned out in the comments. Enjoy!!
