Ingredients/Method:
- chop or grate 3/4 cup Jaggery
- Add 1/2 to 3/4 cups of hot water
- Let the Jaggery melt
- Add wheat flour and one spoon of fine Semolina to the mixture and knead the dough as shown in the photo 1. It should be hard or medium consistency
- Cover it and rest it for 25 minutes
- Make the shape of diyas as shown in picture 2
- Steam them for 10-15 minutes in a steamer
- Serve it with ghee which is shown in Picture 3
