Ingredients:
- For Paste:
- 2 medium sized onions
- 1 tomato
- 8-10 Cashew nuts
- 5 big cloves of garlic
- 1 inch ginger
- Red chilly powder
- Other Ingredients:
- 1 potato
- 1/4 cup of french beans
- 1/4 cup carrot
- 1/4 cup red/green Capsicum
- 1/4 cup cauliflower
- 1/4 cup green peas
- 1 star anise
Method:
- Fry medium sized onions, tomato, 8-10 cashew nuts, garlic, ginger, 1 star anise, and red chilly powder together. Let it cool and then grind it. Before, grinding add a pinch of salt and cardamom.
- 1 potato (cut), 1/4 french beans, 1/4 cup red or green capsicum, 1/4 cup carrot, 1/4 cauliflower, 1/4 green peas – put them in a pan and fry it in oil to make it crunchy. Then put it in a plate.
- Add ghee/ butter, 1 cinnamon stick, add the paste that made, mix it for 5-10 minutes (medium flame), add 1/4 cup water- Let it cook for 5-6 minutes and then add fried mixed vegetables, and then cook it for 5-10 minutes. *Tip- do not make it liquid
