Dadpe Pohe (Thin Flattened Rice)

Dadpe Pohe was first made in Maharashtra State. It can be eaten anytime in the day. Dadpe pohe has: energy, iron, carbohydrates and have a low-gluten level. It is easy to digest and it tastes yummy. How do we make it? Here is the recipe:

Recipe: Take a bowl add nuts and water then keep it for half an hour. Take thin Flattened Rice use a strainer and shake it to take out the powder of Flattened rice. Take a pan and keep it on the gas (put the gas on the medium flame). Take the flattened rice in the pan stir it until you see that the flattened rice is almost brown. Take out the flattened rice in a plate. Put the pan on the gas again on the medium flame. Put oil, mustard seeds let it heat up (it will make a sound), put a pinch of hing and turmeric powder, put a little bit of chilli powder. Take the nuts and put it in the pan, and finally take the flattened rice and pour it in the pan. Stir it well and keep it for around 10 minute. Try it home and Enjoy!!
