Pani Puri is one of the famous street food of India. It was first originated in the South Bihar and is now the most popular street food in every part of India. Pani puri is known by different names for example, in Maharashtra we call it Pani Puri, in some other states they call it golgappa. Pani Puri means a crispy semolina round and small puris with yummy chat stuffing. Below I am giving my mum’s recipe with credits to basic website she refers. The stuffing varies as per tastes in different parts of Maharashtra and any other regions.
